This is an ADSL voice gateway offered by Netgear through service providers (i.e. not retail) (in Europe only?). It is currently unsupported on OpenWRT and is unlikely that it will be in the reasonable future (SoC, ADSL, and Voice DSP not currently supported in OpenWRT).

The case is held in place by six Torx T8 screws. Two are visible and the other four are underneath the rubber feet at each corner of the device. Once you've removed the screws simply lift off the cover.
A 1x6 pin header (J6) is located behind the LEDs on the left-middle of the board
