Trendnet TEW-691GR

Supported since: https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/33852

Multiple users reported a bricked router after flashing 14.7 release image. OpenWRT boots but ethernet ports seem inactive. Serial recovery using UART internal pins seems the only option in this state.

See posts : https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=55263 and https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?pid=265083 .
